Fatigue Alerts are one of Readi's most useful features for becoming aware of your own fatigue throughout the day. As a Readi user, you may have received a Fatigue Alert like the one below on your mobile phone:

Now, as a Fitbit user, you can receive these alerts as wrist vibrations. (Don't worry, they'll only appear during work hours configured by your program manager -- so they won't wake you up at night!)

To enable Readi's Fatigue Alerts on your Fitbit, follow these steps:

Note: These instructions are for iOS users.
Use Android? Read these Android instructions instead.

Part 1: Go to your iOS System Settings

Tap "Bluetooth":

Find your Fitbit device and tap the "i" symbol:

Ensure "Share System Notifications" is enabled:

Part 2: Open the app Readi.

In Readi, ensure you've turned on Fatigue Alerts. You may have already done this during setup, but to ensure you're properly configured, follow these steps.

Go to the "More" tab, then tap "Settings":

Then tap "Notifications":

Then ensure the toggle for "Fatigue Alerts" is enabled:

Part 3: Open the Fitbit app.

Tap the User icon in the upper left:

Tap your Fitbit device:

Tap "Notifications":

Tap "App Notifications":

Tap find "Readi" or "Fatigue Science Readiband" in the list and tap to enable:

Sync your Fitbit now. Congrats, you're all set! You should now receive Fatigue Alerts on your Fitbit.

Can't find "Readi" or "Fatigue Science Readiband" in the list?

Unfortunately, apps only appear in the list after you've enabled "Share System Notifications" in part 1, and then received at least one subsequent notification from that app.

If you don't see our app in the list after completing all the other steps above, try turning on "Bedtime Reminders" in Readi's Notifications menu, and then wait until you receive a notification on your phone from Readi.

Then, return to this step in the Fitbit app, and see if Readi appears in the list.
