Once in a while, your ReadiBand may misestimate how much sleep you get. If this happens, and you notice it in your sleep report the next day, you can make edits by adding or removing sleep.

Here’s how:

  1. Tap on Edit my sleep on the bottom left of your sleep report

  2. Choose whether you want to add or remove sleep

  3. If adding to underestimated sleep: drag the sliders to set the start and end time of the sleep you’d like to addIf removing overestimated sleep: tap and hold on the orange blocks of sleep to remove

  4. Select whether or not your were wearing ReadiBand at the time, or if you’re not sure

  5. Save these edits and your sleep report will refresh with your updates
