Once in awhile, your Readiband may overestimate how much sleep you get. This is usually attributed to your wrist being really still before bed while you're watching TV or reading.

If this happens, and you notice it in your sleep report the next day, you can make edits to tidy up any overestimations.

Here's how:

  • In the app, press and hold on any orange sleep period until a message pops up
  • In doing so, you'll be asked whether you want to mark that period as awake. Follow the instructions, and your report (and corresponding Alertness Score) will be updated.
